What a week! Here is the herbal waiting list for today. They are sitting in my directors chairs and giving me guidance. Directions in life? Fairly sunny and clear. And the best is yet to come!
Patiently waiting to be distilled:
Lavender (Lavandula heterophylla)
Pennyroyal (Mentha pulegium)
How come? Better to ask where did they come from. One bag of dried lavender was given to me by friends at the end of a party as a farewell take-away, saying ‘Can you please take care of them, Ildiko?’ – What can I answer? ‘Sure, I will! Thank you, Armin & Lola!’
And then, my landlord took me to his farm yesterday showing an area full of pennyroyal (fliskouni in Greek). ‘Ela, Ildiko! Take them!’ – so we cut quite some together.
