Hungarian cheese pie (strudel) now made with Greek fillo pastry and fresh mizithra cheese. The tasty mizithra used here is from the organic farm of Ingrid Margarita and the Kokotsakis family. Petros makes this fresh cheese from the milk of his goats and sheep.
