Being trained in various healing and self-development modalities, my personal support style combines intuitive personal development, life- and health coaching and mentoring. My vast experience of being a businesswoman and entrepreneur for over 20 years – before my own major life-change 10 years ago – adds core qualities of a researcher approach, analytical understanding, structural and strategic thinking, and the ability to explore communication channels.
As a human being and a therapist, I have an open and interested personality to search, watch, listen, understand, act, react and reflect thoughts, feelings and actions of other people. It is my way of existence to inspire, enlighten and encourage people in their endeavours.
I offer these creative and holistic individual sessions to help you recognise and understand your existing values, develop more trust towards the less trusted ones, and building on these gifts, I show you how to use your true power and capabilities in order to live a more meaningful and happy life.
The various life-transformation consultation modalities I provide are all beautiful opportunities to make steps towards harmony with yourself that is a base for a life in harmony with one another and with the Universe.

These individual sessions are intensive, focused, but free-style dialogues, reflections and teachings to make you feel more free, courageous and creative in promoting your own balance, inner peace and transformation.
PLANT MESSAGES SESSION
Ildiko’s intuitive plants card readings provide powerful support and clarity for directions in life and bring joy, wisdom and fulfilment for the way ahead. You learn about yourself through the qualities of the plants.
AROMATHERAPY CONSULTATION
Empowering you with exctracts and blends of aromatic and medicinal plants to enrich your life and support in healing. Ildiko's aromatherapy approach diffuses through many aspects of life, kitchen to bathroom, wellness to wholeness, leisure to pleasure, work and passion.
MENTORING
An explorative and transformative experience, a multidimensional guided journey, where I am offering my loving presence – either in person or online – guiding you to embrace your gifts and expand your light. While spiritual in nature, it tends to be aromatic, sensory, embodying and practical. Creative, encouraging, inspiring.
Personal Alchemy Sessions
Personal Alchemy Sessions are Ildiko’s individual life-transformation consultations combining elements from a wide spectrum of areas. Wisdom from energy medicine, aromatherapy, kinesiology, aromatic kinesiology, plant essences, mystic alchemy and spiritual disciplines applied with empathy and intuiting knowing. As a spirit-led guide, Ildiko applies and offers them with great pleasure.

The duration of the sessions are offered with generous extensions when needed, within an interval of 15 minutes, to ease any time pressure. Whether one session is shorter or longer, and what we can fit in rather depends on individual dynamics, not necessarily the length of time.

However, we can enjoy using the benefits of aromatic waters in various ways for our Space, Body, Mind & Soul. So far, Ildiko has distilled over 40 different plants. And still counting…
ONE DAY CLASSES
Day classes are usually from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, and can be adjusted as necessary.
We have various classes on growing, foraging, distilling aromatic plants, and their therapeutic uses and healing modalities in the spirit of life-changing transformative practices. You may always pick some plants to take with you, and a small gift package from our artisan hydrosols.
Unless stated differently, the contribution for the day class is €180 with the following options:

3 people or more, add €30 more /person
HALF DAY CLASSES
Half day classes are with a duration up to 3 hours, and starts with a walk around our apothecary gardens and aromatic fields.
This is to meet and hang out together in an easy manner, learn about the plants and our work. You can also pick some plants to take with you, and will be gifted a bottle of fine artisanal aromatic hydrosol.
To keep our activities ‘sustainable’ we have a minimum €100 contribution per person, with the following options:

AROMATIC DAY CLASSES
Walking our talk, we share what we practice in the settings of the abundant Cretan landscape where the land is our main classroom. Our apothecary gardens and fields come with over 50 aromatic and medicinal plant species. This fragrant sanctuary creates a path around our heart-opening Damask roses, about a thousand, uniquely growing on the slope of the hill.
The magical nurturing area where we are in East Crete is the scenery of our activities. Studies here are made of aromatic plant explorations, meditative observations, growing cycles, harvesting practices, insights into the art of distillation, medicine-making of all kinds, and simply and most importantly, self-care practices that are relaxing and recharging in nature.

Please understand that due to our small-scale educative distillations, we only have a relatively small amount of these lovely aromatic waters at a time. We do our best to distill by the season and be able to share with those who appreciate these individual creations.
