We welcome you to experience Crete and yourself in your new flowering, in your conscious creation. Nourishing the body and soul, we create possibilities for getting conscious about your life. Through very effective techniques, lots of energy work, we make a journey from cleaning to fulfilment. We experience transformative healing through special sacred places and journeys to your inner landscape.
Programme outline
Day 1: Dinner & Introduction circle with guided meditation.
Day 2: Harvest for your Soul – learning circle, massage.
Day 3: Herbs & Detoxing. Meditative journey to the Five Virgins.
Day 4: Farm visit, cheese-making and other culinary preparations for Ester.
Day 5: Celebration of the new beginning with food, music & dance.
Day 6: Relaxed day with learning circles: clean food for our body, mind & soul, massage.
Day 7: Visit to the essential oil distillery in the mountain village of Kallikratis.
The above list is the plan for our journey, where activities might be re-arranged to follow the flow of Cretan Life. Other optional activities include:

About the teachers
Ingrid Margarita is a transformative healer, therapist, and founder of Orizon Center. She was born in Austria and came to Crete in 1979 in search of life’s deeper meaning. Involved with spiritual healing and teachings all her life, she trained herself in many areas, while traditional Cretan lifestyle and a rather different cultural context pushed her into countless situations to go through the practicalities of real-life experiences. As a practitioner of transformative quantum energy healing and Earth-healing, Ingrid Margarita helps transform blocked energies which can manifest in the emotional, mental and/or physical pain. Next to individual sessions where she achieves changes by unblocking energies, Ingrid Margarita guides group meditations, runs workshops and seminars, and guides visitors to sacred places of Crete. Ildiko Berecz is an intuitive mentor, coach and therapist who is passionate about understanding and improving self-knowledge, developing self-awareness and building positive self-image to ignite change for the better. Her calm presence, sensitive perception, compassionate caregiving, encouraging and motivational approach can gently initiate self-realisation and finding one’s life purpose in a practical way. She is gently and patiently stimulating people working out a life plan to realise their dreams. Ildiko’s profound spirit-led couching and mentoring activity comes with a wild-range of entrepreneurial experiences with a leadership background formerly used in owning, managing and operating various businesses. Currently pursuing her passion and creativity in the Greek island of Crete, Ildiko is dedicated to aromatherapy, working with locals and visitors alike to foster and promote healthy, sustainable, peaceful and flourishing life on Earth. Maria van den Dool offers meticulous individual sessions and fun workshops at Orizon centre. Her liberating touch is thorough, revitalizing and customized to each person’s body. She combines different styles of massage, such as Thai massages and Deep Tissue techniques with her intuition. Besides massage Maria gives soul sessions, for insight and personal growth. She has had her own practice in the Netherlands since 2010. She facilitated workshops for personal development & consciousness as well as several retreats throughout Europe and the USA. Maria’s practice is now based in Crete, where she lives permanently. Maria was educated as a Waldorff school teacher. She worked for several years in primary schools, until she committed to an even greater longing: to live an ‘outdoor life’, close to her joys and activities she loves: to work the land permaculture – wise, to sculpt, and to give workshops and sessions on a regular basis. Seminar fee:
450 Euro, including transportation during the seminar excursions. Options include trip to sacred places in Crete, visit to an organic lavender farm or an essential oil distillery.
Not included: flights to Crete, transfers to venue, accommodation (see below), individual massage, healing or coaching sessions. Private appointments available.
